In light of the continuing need for our community’s food insecure to have access to food during the COVID-19 crisis, the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, at 3001 E. 30th Street, will continue to serve our neighbors in need. The pantry has moved to drive-through service with new hours Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 8am-12pm. Those who come will receive a variety of food including nutritious fresh items. We need to pack between 700-1,000 boxes for each service day. As a result of this commitment, our need for volunteers and financial support is great. We need volunteer help between 7am and 3pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 7am – 1pm. Volunteers will be packing food boxes and repackaging produce.

By converting to a drive through model, we are able to enact CDC social distancing guidelines with all food distribution taking place outside the facility. We have taken precautions for a safe volunteer experience providing gloves and hand sanitizing stations. No need to sign up… just show up. Dress comfortably and in layers and wear no open toe shoes. There is volunteer parking behind the building or north of the Pratt-Quigley Building. Download map.
