- has the ability to lead our team, which is committed to serving our less-fortunate neighbors in Central and Southeastern Indiana
- can work with our staff and volunteers to become our voice to the community
- wants to grow spiritually through our service to the poor
- has a servant’s heart and a Catholic faith
- is a pillar in the community
- is willing to volunteer 10-15 hours weekly for 3 years
- comes to us with new ideas and visions for the future
- will be humbled by the blessings he or she receives
