Our Vincentian Rule (Part III, Statute 15) specifies that each SVdP Conference is to have an appointed and trained Spiritual Advisor tasked with fostering the spiritual life of the Conference members. Consistent with this requirement, our Council and Deacon Tom Horn (Council Spiritual Advisor) will offer the next Spiritual Advisor Training as follows:
